Frequently Asked Questions

The commission applies exclusivamente when a customer purchases through Shoppi's checkout (Shoppi Pay) after finding your product on the marketplace. If the customer comes from your site, your social media, or a direct link and pays via your Stripe, you pay nothing to Shoppi other than the monthly listing.
The structure is similar to major marketplaces (Etsy ~6.5%, eBay ~12%, Amazon 8-15%). Shoppi applies commissions in the 6-10% per transaction range, varying by product category. The final percentage for each vertical will be officially communicated at the marketplace launch. Commissions already include the cost of Shoppi Pay (payment processing).
Absolutely yes. You pay 5/month for the listing, you are visible on the marketplace, but your checkout remains on your site with your Stripe. In this case, Shoppi does not intervene in the transaction and does not apply any commission. It is the ideal model for those who already have consolidated sales but want additional visibility.
shoppi.app is the marketplace: you are on our storefront, accept Shoppi customers, pay the monthly listing and commission on facilitated sales.

shoppi.cloud is the enterprise platform: you have your proprietary site, checkout with your brand, advanced APIs, ERP integrations. You do not pay marketplace commissions — you use our white-label infrastructure.
Yes, Shoppi natively supports physical products (with shipping management), digital products (automatic download post-purchase), services (consulting, design, coaching), bookings (slots with calendar), online courses, SaaS subscriptions and much more. If you can price it, you can sell it on Shoppi.
Shoppi uses Stripe Connect: connect your Stripe account (or we create one during onboarding) and funds reach you directly within 2 business days of the transaction. Shoppi automatically deduces the commission before payout — you don't need to invoice Shoppi.
