Give us your catalogue with wholesale prices. We set the retail price, sell, collect payment and pay you by bank transfer. You ship the orders.
Brands that want to give us a bigger share are welcome: above 10%, we talk wholesale.
Advertising is a separate service. In wholesale we decide which products get pushed and advertising stays with Shoppi, so the programme promises no sales volume. On the marketplace you run advertising yourself, with the dedicated module.
In wholesale Shoppi sells and collects payment, through its own company for that area. That is why you can only open the markets your goods reach with no customs.
The goods have to reach Shoppi and then the end customer with no customs formalities, on both legs. What counts is where the company invoicing us is established, not what you sell: an EU company opens the EU Area markets and Shoppi UG collects, a UK Ltd the UK market, a US Inc the US market.
Markets are activated one by one, in writing.
To sell outside your own area you use the Marketplace plan: €5 a month plus 10% on the sales it generates. You switch it on yourself, on the same account, alongside Wholesale or instead of it.
Special cases: Monaco is inside the EU Area, because for VAT it is treated as France. San Marino, the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, Åland and the French overseas departments are not: they are special fiscal territories, where no duty is owed but customs paperwork is still required, so for wholesale they count as abroad. Switzerland, Norway and Canada are outside: there you sell on the Marketplace.
Ship each order straight to the end customer, in neutral or branded packaging, with no prices inside.
Send your stock in one shipment to one of our TipTrans warehouses: we ship the single orders.
Before shipping stock we agree on quantities and the destination hub.
Fill in the form and attach your catalogue with wholesale prices.
We look at products, prices and availability. Activation is not automatic.
We sign a written agreement, list the products at our prices and give you access to the orders.
Ship by dropship or from our hubs and receive a bank transfer for shipped orders.
We reply with our assessment. Final terms are in the wholesale agreement.
